Registration begins March 17, 2009. Register online using BannerWeb at bannerweb.richmond.edu. If a "hold" prevents registration via BannerWeb, view your holds in BannerWeb and contact the appropriate office. Instructions for registering on BannerWeb are available. Students may enroll in no more than 18 credit hours total during the entire Summer term without Dean's approval.
Applicants who are new to the University of Richmond must be admitted to Summer School. Complete the Application/Registration Form and submit it to the Summer School Office. Once processed, the applicant will receive notification of admission by mail, including a University of Richmond ID.

Applicants who wish to enter a bachelor or master degree program in the School of Continuing Studies or to enter the Teacher Licensure Program must be admitted into the School of Continuing Studies.

In order to register for classes, students must be readmitted for the Summer term. Contact the Summer School Office at 804-289-8133 to reactivate your student status and provide updated address information. Register for courses in BannerWeb at bannerweb.richmond.edu once readmitted.
Students attending University of Richmond during Spring 2009 do not need to be admitted for the Summer term. Register for courses using BannerWeb at bannerweb.richmond.edu.
Individual Instruction Course Request Form. To register for an independent study, practicum, or an internship, an Individual Instruction Course Request Form requiring prior approval of the department chair, dean, and the supervising instructor must be completed and submitted to the Registrar’s Office unless otherwise otherwise directed.

- School of Continuing Studies students: submit to the Summer School Office in the Special Programs Building
- All other students: submit to the University Registrar's Office in Sarah Brunet Hall
Graduate Student Information Form. Students who intend to take a course for graduate credit must complete the Graduate Information Form and submit it to the Summer School Office.

- Submit with Application/Registration Form (if applicable) to the Summer School Office in the Special Programs Building
